Returns & Exchanges

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition
• Items must include all tags and original packaging, and be returned from a smoke-free environment
• Purchases must be made directly through our online store and include the original receipt
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Product cost only will be refunded, original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Gift orders may be eligible for store credit or exchanges

Price Adjustment Policy

We offer price adjustments on items purchased at full price that receive a permanent markdown within 5 days of purchase.

Please note that price adjustments do not apply to:

• Temporary promotions
• Sitewide discounts
• Holiday events
• Black Friday or Cyber Monday pricing
